TELTONIKA MARKS THE START OF HOUSE OF R&D CONSTRUCTION IN VILNIUS

Teltonika has officially launched the construction of House of R&D – a new administrative and R&D complex in Vilnius dedicated to research, innovation, and the development of advanced technologies.T he milestone was commemorated with a symbolic time capsule ceremony attended by the company’s leadership and project partners.

The future complex will accommodate up to 1,000 R&D specialists and is set to become one of Teltonika key innovation hubs, bringing together both current and future engineering talent under one roof. The project reflects the company’s continued investment in technological development and long-term growth in Lithuania.
Located in the High-Tech Hill technology park in Liepkalnis, Vilnius, House of R&D will provide modern workspaces designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and the development of advanced Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. The complex will feature laboratories, office spaces, coworking areas, and leisure zones tailored to the needs of high-tech professionals.

According to Teltonika Group President Marius Derenčius, the new campus will play an important role in supporting the company’s future business expansion:
“Together with the group’s leadership team, we have set a goal to create a new business direction every year. For these new ventures to grow, close collaboration with our companies that have already built strong expertise will be essential. This space will become an excellent environment for developing our future businesses.”
The House of R&D complex will consist of five-story buildings with a total area of 20,600 sq. m. and will meet A++ energy efficiency standards. The project will also include parking spaces for employees to ensure convenient access from different parts of the city.
Construction is expected to be completed in 2027.
