Teltonika Group Acquires Security Systems Manufacturer

Teltonika Group, which develops Internet of Things technologies, has acquired a company manufacturing home security and car alarm systems. The company is now presented under the name Teltonika Security Systems.
Marius Derenčius, President of the Teltonika Group, says:
“This company has accumulated significant experience in security systems over more than twenty years, which we see as something that can be integrated into the wider Teltonika ecosystem. This will help us move more quickly towards our ambitious plans and avoid certain lengthy processes that are usually encountered when developing new business niches. We hope that in the coming years we will be able to integrate and grow more than one new company.”
Teltonika Security Systems brings together the long-standing engineering expertise of the incoming team, the products previously known and well-established on the market under the SecoLink name, and the technological and organisational competencies already present within the Teltonika Group.
The security systems market remains one of the fastest-growing technology sectors, closely linked to IoT, connectivity and data transmission solutions. The ambition of Teltonika Security Systems is to establish itself in a market that has not yet been fully exploited and to become a technology partner capable of offering reliable, easily integrable solutions that, most importantly, operate seamlessly in users’ everyday lives.
“Our focus is on creating value-added products that will be reliable not only today. We aim to shape new standards in security solutions by integrating products within the Internet of Things ecosystem,”
says Viačeslav Jaroševič, Head of Teltonika Security Systems, who previously led the development of the Teltonika Group offices in the ASIA region.
In 2026, Teltonika Security Systems will focus on security system solutions. A new website with functionality for partners and customers is already live, a renewed mobile application has been launched, and the SecoLink branding used to date is gradually being replaced by Teltonika brand elements across products, packaging and documentation.
