High-Tech Hill Named Best Industrial Real Estate Project at the Baltic Real Estate Awards

The first phase of the High-Tech Hill Technology Park has been named the Best Industrial Real Estate Project at the Baltic Real Estate Awards, organized by Verslo žinios during the annual Baltic Real Estate Investment Forum.

Industrial buildings are often judged primarily by functionality. With High-Tech Hill, the ambition has been to demonstrate that advanced manufacturing facilities can also set a benchmark for architecture, sustainability, and long-term industrial development.

The award-winning first phase of High-Tech Hill comprises four state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Liepkalnis, Vilnius. Together, they cover approximately 82,000 m², provide 1,370 workplaces, and deliver an annual production capacity of more than 30 million electronic devices.
