- Modern Teltonika's headquarters in Vilnius
The headquarters of the Teltonika company group relocated to a new administrative building at Saltoniškių St. 14 in Vilnius. More News 1/2/2026 Teltonika Group Acquires Security Systems Manufacturer 12/30/2025 Teltonika 2025: Year in Review 12/10/2025 NEW TELTONIKA TECHNOLOGY CENTER PLANNED FOR KAUNAS Modern Teltonika's headquarters in Vilnius 5 June 2024 The headquarters of the Teltonika company group relocated to a new administrative building at Saltoniškių St. 14 in Vilnius. Following the completion of just over two years of construction and furnishing work, several hundred Teltonika employees have already started working in this exceptional place. “We have moved into our new office, the heart of Teltonika, where we have gathered employees of the company group under one roof and from where we will coordinate the activities of our regional offices all around the world. By concentrating the management of our divisions in one place, we will operate more efficiently. Our employees will have the best working conditions in a modern building, in a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing work environment,” said Arvydas Paukštys, president of the Teltonika company group. Teltonika’s main office has five floors, with additional two floors for underground car parking. The total area of the building amounts to nearly 18 000 m². The building was designed by a team of architects from the company Architektūros linija: Gintaras Čaikauskas, Miroslaw Szejnicki, Virginija Venckūnienė, Faustas Lasys, Simonas Čaikauskas. The architects’ vision was focused on the building’s visual connection to the city centre of Vilnius. This is why the front frame of the building’s façade opens views of the historic Old Town. In addition, the building features a 400 m² glass roof, which provides plenty of natural daylight for the premises and the employees. The new building is designed to suit a variety of job functions and can accommodate just over 400 employees. It offers personal workspaces and teamwork areas, including 24 meeting rooms. Comfort is ensured beyond the workspace: spacious kitchenettes and lounge areas on each floor and an open-air terrace on the top floor, offering a panoramic view of the central part of Vilnius on warm days. Employees have access to EV charging stations and a storage facility for bicycles and scooters, with showers nearby. There is also a restaurant on the first floor, run and managed by renowned chef Algirdas Matačiūnas. The restaurant seats almost 100 people and offers daily lunches – now only for Teltonika employees, but in the future, anyone will be welcome to have a meal there. The first floor features an atrium decorated with beautiful flowers and plants. The upper floors are arranged around this accent. Each floor includes a lounge area and a wide variety of plants. The first floor also houses a conference room for 150 people, equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology. The headquarters office is designed and built according to the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM), the international standard for sustainable buildings. It ensures that our head office is sustainable and environmentally friendly, qualifying as an A+ energy-class building. It features smart office solutions, advanced and energy-efficient engineering systems, and automated control of ventilation, heating, and lighting. The main administrative building of Teltonika required an investment of over €30 million and was constructed by Power Group Property S14, a subsidiary of the Teltonika company group. It is just one of Teltonika’s several investment projects. The company group is currently developing a 50-ha technology park in Vilnius, building more than ten new facilities and creating around 6,000 jobs over the next few years. The total investment will reach several billion euros. The construction of two new factories began last year: a 33,000 m² PCB factory and a new electronics assembly plant with a production capacity exceeding 18 million products a year. Both should be operational by mid-2025. Already this summer, Teltonika is planning to begin the construction of a plastic injection moulding plant. LIKE THIS STORY? Share it with friends! In 2024, we have already organised nine big events for our partners, including Telematics Summit, Tech SummIT, and Partner SummIT. More News 1/2/2026 Teltonika Group Acquires Security Systems Manufacturer 12/30/2025 Teltonika 2025: Year in Review 12/10/2025 NEW TELTONIKA TECHNOLOGY CENTER PLANNED FOR KAUNAS HOW TELTONIKA’S SUMMITS BRING ADDITIONAL VALUE TO PARTNERS 29 October 2024 Nothing compares to a face-to-face meeting with your client when building solid business relationships. But how to add even more value and nurture the connections you already have? In 2024, we have organised nine big events for our partners, including Telematics Summit, Tech SummIT, and Partner SummIT. Learn about the benefits of such events and what ensured their success. Telematics Summit Europe For the Telematics Summit Europe 2024, we invited our European partners to Teltonika’s newly built modern headquarters in Vilnius. The event took place in June, September, and October and gathered more than 400 participants. Teltonika aims to be close to partners and help their businesses grow and thrive by offering the most suitable solutions. Hosting events like the Telematics Summit naturally aligns with this vision. The summit offered a perfect opportunity to equip our partners with the tools and insights on how to maximise the benefits of our products. The participants learned about our latest telematics devices, market insights, important legislative changes, and much more. To showcase Teltonika’s devices in action, we shared real-life success stories and versatile product applications. The events were packed with valuable presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations of telematics solutions. During the guided tours to our production facilities, where Teltonika’s devices are born, partners had a chance to talk with our technical and manufacturing teams. This is an opportunity that telematics professionals wouldn’t want to miss. As Konstantin Kolmakov, Teltonika’s telematics sales director for Europe, notes: “Telematics Summit Europe is more than just an industry event. It’s a platform in Vilnius where top professionals come together to exchange ideas, discover new strategies, solve challenges, and make important connections. Our technical engineers, sales teams, and other experts are there to share their knowledge and answer any client questions. Inch by inch, this event is helping to grow telematics technology to a higher level across Europe.” Telematics Summit Dubai The telematics market varies worldwide, meaning the needs, challenges, opportunities, and legislative requirements differ in every region. For example, what is relevant for our European partners might not always be relevant for those in the Middle East. That is why regional summits are vital. Our first regional Telematics Summit took place in Dubai, where one of Teltonika’s oldest offices is located. Having highly experienced local tech support and sales teams helped us to organise a unique and versatile event. The summit featured topics and use cases pertinent to the Middle East, sneak peeks and early access to unreleased products, and our telematics solutions roadmap. Organising regional summits is crucial to staying closer to our partners around the world and building a community of fellow solution providers. Tech Summit This exceptional event was dedicated to engineers, those who directly interact with our networking devices and implement any idea into a functional solution. Our partners’ engineers had a chance to meet with our technical and R&D teams and get the most detailed information about our networking solutions firsthand. The Teltonika Tech SummIT events took place in three cities: Warsaw, Prague, and Cambridge, and welcomed almost 300 partners. The events featured presentations on topics highly relevant to our partners, including cybersecurity, diverse functionalities of the RutOS operating system, and time- and resource-saving benefits of the Remote Management System. To offer them additional value, we also invited our technology associates, who introduced some hardware and software compatible with Teltonika’s networking devices. The most important and awaited presentation was a session on networking devices roadmap. It provided our partners with insight into our product development trajectory, fostering deeper alignment and collaboration. The highlights of the event were interactive stands and practice sessions with a special Configuration Challenge activity. Our dedicated engineers conducted live demonstrations of use cases, hosted small-group device function deep-dive sessions, and answered all the questions. The bravest participants could test their engineering skills in a device configuration challenge, specially prepared by our technical support team. Our partners’ support and positive feedback encourage us to bring the Tech SummIT to even more cities worldwide. Vytautas Sventickas, Head of Europe Sales Continent at Teltonika Networks, shares: “I love the format of our events where the real decision-makers of our partners — engineers — meet the creators of Teltonika’s networking solutions face-to-face. The spark in their eyes when they learn some new ways to solve their everyday struggles is something you cannot tell but must see. We firmly believe that every Teltonika Tech SummIT brings real professionals together and is an ideal platform for sharing experiences, solving problems on the spot, and providing a comprehensive view of Teltonika’s solutions. We have no plans to slow down, and we’ll continue this event series into 2025. There are still many locations we haven’t reached yet. I genuinely believe that staying close to our partners is the key to mutual success.” Partner SummIT Smaller but equally exciting events for our partners were held in Istanbul and Lyon, gathering more than 100 participants. The Partner SummIT events were an excellent opportunity for us to build strong relationships in local markets and for our partners to see our latest technologies up close. Aurelija Litinskienė, CEO of Teltonika’s Türkiye office, shares her excitement about the success of the first Partner SummIT in Istanbul: “This event served as an excellent platform to showcase our dedication to the Turkish market and foster valuable connections with local businesses. Partners greatly appreciated the opportunity to interact with our team and explore the latest technological developments. It is essential that we consistently share our plans with our network in Türkiye and actively gather market demand. Only through this continuous exchange can we ensure mutual success. The Partner Summit marked a pivotal moment in reinforcing our presence and setting the stage for further innovation and collaboration in the region. We look forward to maintaining this momentum and eagerly anticipate our next events, where we will continue to build relationships and unlock new growth opportunities.” Do not miss our upcoming events We cannot wait to see you at our next meetings in 2025; we already have some events planned in Italy and Germany. So be sure to follow Teltonika on social media, subscribe to our newsletter, and keep in touch with your sales manager for information on upcoming summits! LIKE THIS STORY? Share it with friends! Smart city Connectivity in sustainable farming environments Energy & utilities Remote monitoring of solar power plants Energy & utilities Energy efficiency in a sustainable office Energy & utilities Remote control and monitoring of wind turbines Delivery services Green driving solution Energy & utilities Real-time energy data in sustainable production lines HOW TELTONIKA PRESERVES THE ENVIRONMENT? The ISO14001 environmental protection certificate We have implemented an environmental protection management system in the organisation, ensuring a sustainable, systematic approach to reducing our environmental footprint. We use green energy in production In 2023, the Teltonika EMS manufacturing plant consumed approx. 267,000 kWh per month, all of which was generated from renewable energy sources. Teltonika recycles about 60% of generated waste After improving the quality of waste sorting and finding new plastic recycling solutions, in 2023, 56% of the waste was recycled, 41% incinerated with energy recovery, and 3% ended up in landfill. We use recycled cardboard boxes Our products are packaged in recycled cardboard boxes, and we also implement further initiatives to reduce the amount of used paper. We monitor our GHG emissions We have achieved significant reductions in Scope 2 emissions by switching to renewable energy sources, cutting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions fivefold from 2021 compared to 2023. Excess heat energy does not go to waste We use excess heat energy from production equipment to heat our premises. Teltonika is a certified Climate Supporter The international aviation group Lufthansa Group acknowledged Teltonika as an organisation contributing to the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel and the implementation of climate protection projects. ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY IN PRODUCTION Teltonika's steps towards environmental sustainability goals USING SOLAR ENERGY Since 2021, the Teltonika EMS production facilities use certified renewable energy with guarantees of origin as well as solar energy. The 500kW solar panel system installed on the newly established Teltonika Technology Centre in Molėtai should cover around 50% of energy demand, and the 144kW solar panels installed on the production plant in Vilnius supplies about 10% of demand. CALCULATING SCOPE 3 EMISSIONS To reduce our greenhouse gas emissions as much as possible in the future, we calculate Scope 3 (indirect) emissions produced by our manufacturing facilities. Assessing our Scope 3 emissions helps our company group to understand our full value chain emissions and prepare realistic targets of minimising our carbon footprint. BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION HUB Teltonika, as part of AGP Investments holding, is on the way to create a Europe-based, sustainable IoT technologies development and manufacturing hub that operates on renewable energy. By having electronics, plastic parts, and PCB factories as well as semiconductor chip assembly, testing, and manufacturing facilities in-house in Lithuania, we will be able to create our devices from chips to the final solutions, controlling the whole production process and all the materials used. This way we will produce low-energy products, ensuring the minimum energy consumption costs. It will also allow us to lower our greenhouse gas emissions related to long-distance shipping. ELECTRICAL ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS – FOR MORE SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION The energy from the solar panels installed in our factories will be used even more efficiently – by using electricity storage devices, which were purchased with the support of the joint project “Investment support for energy storage devices”, received after submitting an application to the Lithuanian Energy Agency. The joint project is implemented under the Economic Recovery and Resilience Plan “Next Generation Lithuania”, financed by the European Union’s Economic Recovery and Resilience Instrument “NextGenerationEU”.

We will form a team of engineers knowledgeable about IoT technologies to help our partners in real time and even be physically present at launches of larger projects. We will also launch joint marketing projects to raise our visibility in the market. Within five years, we expect to have more than a hundred professionals in the local office,” says Baranauskas.
