  • Teltonika 2025 yearly review

Teltonika 2025 year review overview HTH High tech hill highlights More News 1/2/2026 Teltonika Group Acquires Security Systems Manufacturer 12/10/2025 NEW TELTONIKA TECHNOLOGY CENTER PLANNED FOR KAUNAS 9/17/2025 HIGH-TECH HILL TECHNOLOGY PARK OPENED: FOUR NEW FACTORIES LAUNCHED Teltonika 2025: Year in Review 30 December 2025 Every year brings new challenges, opportunities, and milestones that shape who we are and where we are going. In 2025, Teltonika continued to strengthen its global position through focused innovation, close collaboration with partners, and a major expansion of manufacturing capabilities. This year marked an important industrial milestone as new manufacturing facilities were launched in Lithuania, significantly increasing capacity and reinforcing Teltonika’s vertically integrated approach. Let’s take a look back at the most important highlights. Expanding production capacity and innovation infrastructure September marked a major milestone as Teltonika Group, together with AGP Investments, opened four new factories in the Vilnius High-Tech Hill Technology Park . The printed circuit board, plastics and mechanics, electronics assembly, and electronic components plants complete the first stage of the project and enable production of more than 30 million electronic devices per year. Total investment in these facilities, including land acquisition and infrastructure development, exceeds €320 million. More recently, plans for a new small electrotechnical components factory in Liepkalnis, Vilnius, were publicly presented. With this project, Teltonika begins the development of the second stage of the Teltonika High-Tech Hill technology park. Momentum continued toward the end of the year with the announcement of a new Teltonika Group technology centre in the ALEX Innovation Park in Kaunas . The planned 15,500 m² centre will focus on R&D, testing, and innovation of networking devices and is expected to create around 500 high-qualification jobs, further strengthening Lithuania’s high-tech ecosystem. Strengthening the telematics portfolio with new practical solutions In our telematics business niche, we continued to develop the FT platform and introduced new products. Highlights include FTx880 devices – powerful, trackers that are quick and easy to mount on the battery. As proven by our clients, battery-mounted Teltonika trackers are the best choice for the insurance telematics industry. Moreover, we introduced FTx305 trackers designed for the e-mobility market by offering easy integration with various types of electric transport. As many city authorities introduce new forms of urban mobility and companies switch to hybrids and EVs, telematics service providers need to have a solution ready to meet their changing needs. FTx305 devices are designed to harness the potential of this growing market and is suitable for a wide range of use cases worldwide. Another important launch, especially for clients in Europe, is TachoSync . It is a modern web-based solution for remote tachograph data management that helps fleet operators work more efficiently and stay compliant with the regulations in a user-friendly way. What is more, clients have the flexibility to integrate their platform directly with TachoSync via API to access the data and functionality within their own systems. Technological innovation remained in our focus throughout the year. This includes dead reckoning technology , which enables tracking devices to calculate an object’s position even when the GPS signal is temporarily lost, for example, in tunnels, underground car parks, or densely built-up areas. In addition, our well-known among clients, FMx150 and FMx250 trackers are now available with AutoScan feature , which significantly simplifies installation and configuration. Good news for telematics product users in North and South America: we introduced Teltonika PanAmerican Lite , in 16 countries. This is a new connectivity plan that provides 150 MB of data and year-long services. All these devices and more can be found on Teltonika’s telematics website . Advancing networking solutions through products and platform development In 2025, networking solutions team launched 23 new products. Among the standout products was Calyx , a mobile connectivity device for Raspberry Pi HAT+ computers, providing reliable cellular connection to the most popular SBC platform in the world. We also introduced the ATRM50 rugged 5G router designed for the transportation sector, delivering mobile speeds of up to 3.4 Gbps and ensuring uninterrupted connectivity with dual SIM and eSIM support. This router is engineered to meet the rigorous safety and reliability requirements of railway systems - while also being a strong fit for other demanding transportation environments, especially where addressing internet connectivity disruptions is critical. Another key addition was the SWM282 , a high-capacity managed L2+ switch designed for simplified network management and large-scale infrastructure deployments. Alongside product launches, we started integrating eSIM into most of our portfolio and have superchaged it with bootstrap data enough to pull cellular network profile without an active data connection out of the box. Furthermore, RutOS and RMS were enhanced with several important upgrades: Starlink integration introduced a dedicated WebUI for monitoring and managing satellite connectivity. The new RMS Network Map provides intuitive visualisation of network infrastructure, offering unprecedented control over connected devices, and Node-RED integration further expanded automation possibilities through a visual, no-code interface. Feel free to find out more in our Teltonika’s networking solutions website . Delivering manufacturing efficiency and automation We manufactured a total of 10.2 million products in 2025, including 3.3 million units produced through contract manufacturing. Major production improvements included the launch of an automated warehouse, installation of two new SMT lines, the adoption of laser depanelisation, and the introduction of automated assembly cells. These changes helped increase capacity and further improve product quality. TeltoHeart entering everyday healthcare Last year, TeltoHeart continued its journey toward end-users: major pharmacies and healthcare centres in Lithuania launched sales of this smart medical wristband, designed to help people with heart rhythm disorders. The device continuously monitors heart rhythm and automatically detects atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias, enabling users to record an ECG when irregularities are detected and securely share the data with physicians for diagnosis and treatment decisions. Next-generation EV charging unveiled It appears that the campaign headline “Build Smart. Made Yours.” not only reflects the essence of the EVC 2 charger, but has also been supported by early user feedback. Introduced in mid-autumn, the solution – combining modern design, reliability, durability, smart charging, and advanced phase balancing – has already received encouraging initial responses. Bringing partners together through events worldwide Alongside product and technology development, close collaboration with partners remained a priority across Teltonika’s business units. In 2025, we continued to improving and delivering more flexible, scalable, and easier-to-manage solutions, supported by 11 partner summits dedicated to networking technologies. At the same time, we organised 16 closer-to-partner events across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas, where summits and workshops provided hands-on experience, technical insights, and valuable opportunities for direct interaction, reinforcing strong partnerships and supporting sustainable growth in local markets. In addition, Teltonika hosted its first EV charger partner summit at the company’s headquarters in Vilnius, bringing together partners from Lithuania and neighbouring countries. We strengthened our global presence by opening new offices in Germany and moving to new, larger premises in Poland. At the same time, we expanded our partner communication into an increasing number of languages – both literally, by translating our websites and materials, and figuratively, by introducing the Partner Portal, a new unified platform designed to make collaboration faster, easier, and more transparent, continuously bringing us closer. Looking ahead All these achievements were made possible by the trust of our partners and clients and by the dedication of Teltonika teams around the world. We sincerely thank everyone who contributed to this year’s progress and development. Looking ahead, we remain focused on long-term growth, technological excellence, and strong partnerships, and we look forward to continuing this journey together. LIKE THIS STORY? • New Teltonika office in Poland – new opportunities

The Teltonika company group, undertaking an ambitious international expansion, has opened a new office this year in the Polish capital, Warsaw. More News 1/2/2026 Teltonika Group Acquires Security Systems Manufacturer 12/30/2025 Teltonika 2025: Year in Review 12/10/2025 NEW TELTONIKA TECHNOLOGY CENTER PLANNED FOR KAUNAS NEW TELTONIKA OFFICE IN POLAND OFFERING MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR CUSTOMERS 21 November 2024 The Teltonika company group, undertaking an ambitious international expansion, has opened a new office this year in the Polish capital, Warsaw. According to Jacek Mandas, CEO of Teltonika Poland, the brand‘s name is already well-known in the Polish IoT market, but to strengthen our position here, we need to be close to our customers. Jacek Mandas, who is responsible for the operation and development of the new office in Warsaw, is an experienced technology business manager. During the interview, he spoke about the potential of Teltonika's products in Poland, the upcoming innovations for our customers, and Teltonika’s next goals and objectives. What changes will the new office in Warsaw bring to Teltonika's partners in Poland? By being closer to customers, we will provide even better value. We will understand the needs and challenges our customers face through direct discussions. Our engineering and sales teams will adopt an advisory role rather than focusing purely on sales. Customers might ask, "How do I solve this issue?" or "What has your experience been with this? What will work, and what won't?" With that in mind, we aim to develop relationships built on trust, with the primary goal being the growth of our customers, which will, in turn, lead to Teltonika's growth as well. How do you see the opportunities for Teltonika in Poland? Which of our products have the greatest potential in this market? There are over 125,000 transportation companies in Poland and even more logistics divisions within various enterprises. Our telematics products are well-regarded due to their high quality and ease of installation. I see real potential here, and we need to work closely with our customers’ technicians. The Polish office provides such an opportunity. In terms of high growth, our networking products are a natural candidate. The pace of development of telecommunications and IT infrastructures in Poland has been rapid since the 1990s. As a result, a high number of major players are based in the country. Our networks products offer excellent value for the price. This segment is growing steadily, but it could potentially double in one or two years. There are two other areas we are exploring: the EV charging solutions market with our TeltoCharge product and the medical sector with TeltoHeart. These may be hidden champions, but they need time to establish a strong position. Again, a local office can accelerate that process. I would like to emphasise one more thing: our products are manufactured in the European Union, specifically in Lithuania, which is a significant advantage for choosing Teltonika products for many reasons, especially in today's context. How could Teltonika strengthen its position in the Polish IoT market? The most important factor is the development of the local team. We are investing a considerable amount of time and resources to hire the best experts in their fields. We will enhance awareness of our products and of Teltonika itself. We will increase the level of interaction with our partners and customers. Not only sales aspects are important, but marketing and a collaborative approach towards new business niches and markets are equally vital. We produce our products just a few hours from Warsaw, which makes us extremely responsive compared to the competition, and we will certainly leverage this advantage. Moreover, we intend to engage more intensively with public clients through closer cooperation with our partners in that area. I see significant potential here that has yet to be tapped, and for this to happen, a local presence is essential. The Warsaw office will not only be staffed by salespeople. What other areas of expertise will be covered? The Warsaw office will include administration, logistics, finance, HR, engineering, and sales teams, as well as outsourced satellite services. We are building a complete organisation capable of growing in Poland. This is a long-term strategy, not a short-term vision. What advantages will this versatility of the office bring to local partners? Our local teams can discuss customers' needs and challenges right here in Poland. Our business is built on a strong foundation of trust in our products. By being closer to the customer, we can achieve more – we can better understand their needs and respond more quickly. Our engineering teams can support implementation on-site with no language barriers. How many people are already working in the new office, and how many more do you plan to hire next year? Currently, we have a team of 12. We will address future hiring needs later, once the office is fully operational. Tell us more about yourself – what is your career background and experience? What did you do before joining Teltonika? I have experience in building enterprises from scratch, developing strategies and their implementation, and transforming companies from startups to mature enterprises. I was responsible for business, marketing, and products at stock-noted companies and JVs. I was always a high-tech fanatic working close to electronics and software. My educational background includes several degrees. I hold a Master’s degree in Science in Geodesy and Photogrammetry from Warsaw University of Technology. I also graduated in Business Administration at the University of Warsaw and earned an MBA from Utah Valley University / SWPS. I started my professional career in 2005, working at the Polish Space Research Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences and being responsible for part of the EGNOS infrastructure operability. Until 2008, I worked on public sector projects at Hexagon Poland. Between 2008 and 2011, I managed the GIS portfolio for Pitney Bowes. Then at Google Inc., I was overseeing the CEE countries and the Geo market. From 2016 to 2021, I served as CEO and President of the Management Board at Astri Polska, a daughter company of Airbus and CBK in Poland. What interested you in Teltonika? What were the reasons that led you to decide to work here? First, people. I felt that people at Teltonika are very committed and open-minded. I think Teltonika has some kind of passion with a clear structure and strategy. It is not another boring company with the usual targets. Here you can feel that you are building something important and not because somebody is pushing you, but because you want to. Second, I like the tempo; thanks to the organisation, decisions are made quickly, which is more than required in today's world. LIKE THIS STORY? Share it with friends! Just three months after opening four new factories in Vilnius, Liepkalnis, Teltonika and AGP Investments continue moving forward: a new Teltonika Group technology centre is planned in the ALEX Innovation Park in Kaunas, Lithuania’s second-largest city. More News 1/2/2026 Teltonika Group Acquires Security Systems Manufacturer 12/30/2025 Teltonika 2025: Year in Review 9/17/2025 HIGH-TECH HILL TECHNOLOGY PARK OPENED: FOUR NEW FACTORIES LAUNCHED NEW TELTONIKA TECHNOLOGY CENTER PLANNED FOR KAUNAS 10 December 2025 Just three months after opening four new factories in Vilnius, Liepkalnis, Teltonika and AGP Investments continue moving forward: a new Teltonika Group technology centre is planned in the ALEX Innovation Park in Kaunas, Lithuania’s second-largest city. “Teltonika has been operating in Kaunas for more than 20 years, and during this time we have developed a strong, globally recognised niche in the networking solutions business. With a talented engineering team and a favourable environment for growth, we can take a significant step – invest around EUR 34 million in a new technology centre,” says Arvydas Paukštys, founder of the Teltonika company group. A 15,500 sq. m building will be constructed on a 4-hectare site, featuring modern laboratories for the development, testing and innovation of Teltonika networking devices, as well as dedicated spaces and equipment for R&D activities and engineers. This will further improve the integration of new technologies into Teltonika's device portfolio and increase production capacity. The completed project will also contribute to the city’s economic development, offering even more opportunities for graduates and professionals in engineering, electronics, IT and manufacturing – from internships to full-time positions. The centre is expected to house 500 such well-paid, high-qualification jobs. After successfully passing all evaluation stages and receiving an expert conclusion confirming that the planned activities meet the requirements of the ALEX Innovation Park, an investor agreement was signed. Now, the Kaunas City Municipality Council has also formally approved the land lease decision for the site in the park. “When a high-tech leader of Teltonika’s calibre expands in Kaunas, we receive a very clear signal – the city is becoming a centre for the industry of the future. A company group that operates worldwide and creates technologies used by millions chooses Kaunas for its development. This is a strong compliment to the city, which has robust infrastructure, an active engineering, electronics and IT community, and growing talent,” Kaunas Mayor Visvaldas Matijošaitis said after the Council meeting. • Modern Teltonika's headquarters in Vilnius

The headquarters of the Teltonika company group relocated to a new administrative building at Saltoniškių St. 14 in Vilnius. More News 1/2/2026 Teltonika Group Acquires Security Systems Manufacturer 12/30/2025 Teltonika 2025: Year in Review 12/10/2025 NEW TELTONIKA TECHNOLOGY CENTER PLANNED FOR KAUNAS Modern Teltonika's headquarters in Vilnius 5 June 2024 The headquarters of the Teltonika company group relocated to a new administrative building at Saltoniškių St. 14 in Vilnius. Following the completion of just over two years of construction and furnishing work, several hundred Teltonika employees have already started working in this exceptional place. “We have moved into our new office, the heart of Teltonika, where we have gathered employees of the company group under one roof and from where we will coordinate the activities of our regional offices all around the world. By concentrating the management of our divisions in one place, we will operate more efficiently. Our employees will have the best working conditions in a modern building, in a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing work environment,” said Arvydas Paukštys, president of the Teltonika company group. Teltonika’s main office has five floors, with additional two floors for underground car parking. The total area of the building amounts to nearly 18 000 m². The building was designed by a team of architects from the company Architektūros linija: Gintaras Čaikauskas, Miroslaw Szejnicki, Virginija Venckūnienė, Faustas Lasys, Simonas Čaikauskas. The architects’ vision was focused on the building’s visual connection to the city centre of Vilnius. This is why the front frame of the building’s façade opens views of the historic Old Town. In addition, the building features a 400 m² glass roof, which provides plenty of natural daylight for the premises and the employees. The new building is designed to suit a variety of job functions and can accommodate just over 400 employees. It offers personal workspaces and teamwork areas, including 24 meeting rooms. Comfort is ensured beyond the workspace: spacious kitchenettes and lounge areas on each floor and an open-air terrace on the top floor, offering a panoramic view of the central part of Vilnius on warm days. Employees have access to EV charging stations and a storage facility for bicycles and scooters, with showers nearby. There is also a restaurant on the first floor, run and managed by renowned chef Algirdas Matačiūnas. The restaurant seats almost 100 people and offers daily lunches – now only for Teltonika employees, but in the future, anyone will be welcome to have a meal there. The first floor features an atrium decorated with beautiful flowers and plants. The upper floors are arranged around this accent. Each floor includes a lounge area and a wide variety of plants. The first floor also houses a conference room for 150 people, equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology. The headquarters office is designed and built according to the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM), the international standard for sustainable buildings. It ensures that our head office is sustainable and environmentally friendly, qualifying as an A+ energy-class building. It features smart office solutions, advanced and energy-efficient engineering systems, and automated control of ventilation, heating, and lighting. The main administrative building of Teltonika required an investment of over €30 million and was constructed by Power Group Property S14, a subsidiary of the Teltonika company group. It is just one of Teltonika’s several investment projects. The company group is currently developing a 50-ha technology park in Vilnius, building more than ten new facilities and creating around 6,000 jobs over the next few years. The total investment will reach several billion euros. The construction of two new factories began last year: a 33,000 m² PCB factory and a new electronics assembly plant with a production capacity exceeding 18 million products a year. Both should be operational by mid-2025. Already this summer, Teltonika is planning to begin the construction of a plastic injection moulding plant. LIKE THIS STORY? Share it with friends! At Teltonika, we divide electronics engineers into three groups, based on their work specifics. Some are responsible for product design, correction of bugs and optimisation; others for the development of testing equipment. And the third group is responsible for ensuring that products comply with the international requirements. Electronics engineers in the latter group are metrologists who carry out various measurements on our products in accordance with global standards. During your internship, you will be introduced to electronics theory so you could design devices based on the right standards. You’ll also learn how to test, design circuits and find analogues for existing components. Your tasks will include designing surge protectors, getting to know the SPI interface, modelling and writing documentation. In the Teltonika company group, electronics engineers do not need programming skills, so there would be no or very few programming tasks in this internship. You will also have an opportunity to conduct different analyses and get hands-on experience with the products that are in development by improving them or fixing bugs. For this course, you will need basic knowledge of electronic components, their appearance, applications and functions. Experience in developing electronic devices by means of Altium designer program or other CAD programs will also be very useful. The four new facilities – a printed circuit board plant, plastics and mechanics plant, electronics assembly plant, and electronic components plant – complete the first stage of the technology park project. Together, these factories will enable the production of more than 30 million electronic devices per year. The total investment in these facilities, including land acquisition and street and infrastructure development, exceeds €320 million. Opportunities for Teltonika partners to grow together The new High-Tech Hill Technology Park now hosts a state-of-the-art electronics assembly factory which, with its expanded product offering, will also support sustainable growth for Teltonika’s partners. The 22,700 m² facility includes 10 electronics assembly lines (SMT), 5 packaging lines, a modern robotic warehouse, and laboratories, ensuring an additional production capacity of 18 million units per year. Arvydas Paukštys, founder of the Teltonika and TLT groups of companies and head of AGP Investments, said: “We are grateful to our partners for the trust that has enabled Teltonika Group to grow more than fourfold over the past five years. This, our third electronics assembly factory, will be a vital part of our continued growth. With newly implemented automation and digitalisation processes, we will be able to efficiently produce both large and small batches, and deliver the latest technological products to our customers even faster.” FOUR NEW FACTORIES DRIVING GROWTH Vertical integration is a key advantage of High-Tech Hill, reducing dependence on supply chain disruptions and suppliers in Asia. For clients, this means access to the full range of electronics manufacturing services in one place – from PCB production to final product assembly. This is a unique achievement not only in the region but also in the context of the European tech industry. With the opening of these new factories, the group’s production capacity increases from the current 10 million to 30 million electronic devices per year. By 2030, when the technology park is expected to be fully completed, capacity will reach up to 100 million devices annually.
